When young people feel seen and supported, real change begins.
That is exactly how PosiYouth - Body Positive was born. And now, with the support of Erasmus+, the project officially begins its journey.
Shaped by the shared commitment of APEJESS (Spain), Nova Vizyon Derneği (Türkiye), and Pegasus ELS (North Macedonia), PosiYouth focuses on a growing challenge among adolescents: the pressure to meet unrealistic beauty standards and the impact of social media on self-esteem.
PosiYouth offers more than training. It opens space for honest conversations, critical thinking, and healthier self-perception. Through body positivity workshops, media literacy sessions, and a virtual youth exchange, the project helps young people aged 13–17 understand their value beyond appearance, recognise digital pressures, and build confidence in who they are.
This initiative strengthens youth workers too—giving them tools, methods, and a supportive network to guide young people with sensitivity and clarity.
PosiYouth officially started on 1 December 2025.
Together, we are creating safer, more inclusive spaces where young people feel empowered, informed, and connected.
